This Isn’t About Fixing You,

It’s about remembering who you are.

If you’ve landed here, something in you is ready.
Ready to feel safe in your own skin.
Ready to break free from the stories that no longer fit.
Ready to come home

Dr. Mallori Sheik MSW, DSW, LICSW

I’m a clinically trained therapist, guide, and educator with a Doctorate and Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the College of St. Scholastica. My doctoral research focused on the factors that support autistic individuals in transitioning to adulthood, specifically around employment and independent living.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting women, autistic teens and adults, and parents as they navigate the complexities of life, identity, and the journey of parenthood. In 2024, I completed an apprenticeship in depth psychology, deepening my work with the imaginal and unconscious realms. I also serve as an adjunct professor of social work at the University of Cincinnati, where I guide and mentor future clinicians.

Beyond my work, I’m married and a proud mom of three children (ages 17, 13, and 9), one spunky corgi, two cats, and a flock of beloved chickens. I love being on the water, exploring the outdoors, reading good books, playing board games, spending time with friends and family, and traveling whenever I get the chance.

I know the mask well.
The one who smiles, performs, and achieves,
even when something inside feels hollow.

For years, I believed that if I helped enough, proved enough, cared enough…
Maybe I’d finally feel worthy.

But worthiness was never something to earn.
It was always something to remember.

Healing didn’t come from pushing harder.
It came from slowing down.
From turning inward.
From listening to what I was taught to silence.

That’s what changed everything for me.
And that’s what I offer to you now.
